My mom’s original recipe for chicken breasts with white wine

This is my mom’s original recipe. 🙂
材料
- chicken breasts 300g
- white wine around 2dl
- garlic 3 to 5 cloves
- sesame seeds 15 to 20g
- rosemary 5 to 10g

Slice the garlic into small pieces.

Shallow fry the garlic, sesame and rosemary for two minutes.

Add the sliced and salted chicken and fry until done.

Add the wine and cook until it evaporates completely.

Goes well with spaghetti.
