Baked Tofu with Miso sauce and lots of cheese!

I’ve been asked this tofu recipe from American friends so I made English version for them^^
材料
- Tofu (Firm) 1 pc
- Flour some
- Olive oil 1 tbs
- Ground beef 1/4 lb
- Mushrooms 4
- Baby spinach 1 cup
- Salt&Pepper some
- *Miso 2 tbs
- *Mayonnaise (Japanese mayo) 2 tbs
- *Sake 2 tbs
- *Mirin (sweet sake seasoning) 1tbs
- *Garlic (grated) 2
- *Green onion 1
- Cheese (shred) lots
- Parsley some

Extract (remove) water from Tofu well

Cut the tofu 1 inch square and sprinkle flour on surface

Fry the tofu with olive oil on a pan until gets light brown

Put the tofu in a baking dish

slice the mushrooms thinly and chop the onion

Fry the ground beef on a pan

Add the mushrooms and onion and fry

Add the spinach and fry with a little salt&pepper

Put them on the tofu in the baking pan

Chop the green onion

Mix all * and make a sauce

Put the sauce on

Also put cheese and parsley on top and bake 20 min with 400F

This is Japanese mayo. you can find in Asian supermarket.
