I don’t like Natto myself… But, I do love this pizza!

- Pizza crust 4
- Natto pack 3
- Tomato 200 g
- Basil leaves 20
- Mozzarella cheese 200 g
- Natto’s sauce & Mustard packet *attached to the natto’s container 3
- Hontsuyu 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Shredded cheese to taste
- Parsely to taste

I recommend these tiny beans, but you can use your favorite!

Chop tomatoes, basil leaves and mozzarella cheese.

Put natto, tomato, basil, and mozzarella cheese in a bowl.

Add sauce & mustard which are enclosed with the container.

Add Hontsuyu concentrate and mix lightly.

Leave the mixture at least 15 mins..

↑To let the sauce soak into the ingredients.

While you are waiting, make the pizza bread.

Pizza flour mix contains all the ingredients you’ll need.

It would be fresh & tasty, and easy! Or, buy pizza crusts!

Spread the dough with a rolling pin and make a round shape.

↑It will inflate like 1.5 times. Do not make it too thick.

Put the topping mixture on the pizza crust.

↑Make space near the edge not to flow the sauce to the back.

Put some mayonnaise over it.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Bake at 230 ℃ for 15 mins.

Sprinkle parsley on top and done!
