Cooking time 20 mins, can cook it with any white fish

材料

  1. Halibut 6 slices
  2. Ginger 2slices
  3. Burdock (if any) 1 stalk
  4. Water 1/2 cup
  5. Sugar 2 tbsp
  6. Mirin 2 tbsp
  7. Soy sauce 3 tbsp
  8. Sake 2 tbsp

    Place the halibut fillet on paper towel and sprinkle salt.

    Add the ingredients for soup in a flat pan

    After 10mins, wipe off the moisture of the fillet

    Add the fillet to pan and place double lid.

    Cook on medium heat for 10mins

    Thinly slice the outer layers of leek and soak in water.

    Serve the fillets, burdock and soup and garnish with leek
