A premade tomato sauce with shrimp for a weekend dinner!

- penne pasta 6 oz
- kosher salt for pasta water (1-1.5%)
- shrimp (peeled and deveined) 1 lb
- extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
- crushed red pepper 1/4 teaspoon
- tomato sauce (recipe ID20693724) 1 1/2 cups
- kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon
- freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
- heavy cream 1/3 cup
- baby spinach 2 oz
- freshly grated Pecorino Romano for garnish (optional)

Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add tomato sauce and red pepper.

Cook until sauce reaches the desired texture.

Stir in cream. Season with salt/pepper, and lower the heat.

Add shrimp and cook right before adding pasta.

Meanwhile, bring water to a boil to cook the pasta.

Reduce the cooking time by 1 min so we FINSH it in the pan.

Add pasta/spinach and toss over medium high heat.
