このレシピの生い立ち
オーストラリアにある材料で作ってます。
All ingredients are able to get in Australia.
材料
- Minced pork 250g
- Chinese cabbage 1/4
- Spring onion (whole part) 1/2 bunch
- mushrooms 7-10
- Garlic chives 1/2 bunch
- Coriander (whole part) 1 bunch
- Garlic 5-6 cloves
- Ginger 4-5 tbsp
- Japanese soy sauce 1/2 cup
- Cooking sake 1/2 cup
- Oyster sauce 1/2 cup
- Sesame oil 1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper 1 tbsp each
- Chicken soup stock powder 1 tbsp
- Gyoza pastry 120
作り方

Each ingredients to chopp very fine.

If you can’t find shiitake, just use button mushrooms!

I use a whole part of coriander, it is including roots.

So wash well that roots. just put them in the food cutter.

Put all seasonings and mix them very well in the bowl.

Pick up one Gyoza pastry carefully and scoop the Gyoza stuff

Scoop 1 tbsp then put it on the middle of the pastry.

Apply water with your finger like this picture.

Folding and closing without “come out”.

When you completed one, put it like this picture.

Place powder on the plate is avoiding stick them together.

Use definitely non sticky pan for good result!

Cook with the Medium heat. Cook until turned like this pic.

If it colour has changed perfectly, put water like this pic.

Put the lid and steaming them about 3-5mins
-

3-5 mins=until the water had gone.
