- okra 8-10
- kosher salt
- shallot (thinly sliced) 1 medium
- tuna can 1 (80 g)
- fresh Italian parsley (roughly chopped) 1/4 cup
- ↑ (It goes well shiso herbs too!)
- for the dressing:
- avocado oil 2 tablespoons
- lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- raw apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon
- raw agave nectar 1 teaspoon
- sea salt 1/8 teaspoon
- freshly ground black pepper to taste

Chop cooked okra into bite sized pieces.

In a mixing bowl, whisk in all dressing ingredients.

Add okra, tuna, shallots and parsley. Toss well.
