Marinatedmushrooms

Marinated champignon mushrooms.

If the mushrooms are too big, slice them in half or smaller pieces before cooking.

材料

  1. champignon mushrooms 1kg
  2. cloves of garlic 5
  3. black pepper 10 to 20 grains
  4. salt 2 table spoons
  5. rosemary 10g
  6. laurel leaves 2
  7. apple vinegar 1dl
  8. water 1dl

    Wash one kilo of champignon mushrooms.

    Chop the garlic into small pieces.

    For seasoning, use salt, black pepper, laurel and rosemary.

    Put everything into a pot and cook on a medium-high temp.

    After it starts boiling, cook for another 15 minutes.

    While still hot, put the mushrooms in the jars.

    Add couple of drops of oil.

    Great with many different dishes! Noodles, for example.

コツ・ポイント

Put the mushrooms in the jars first and then fill in the liquid. Jars must be pre-heated in the oven on 50°C.
