マレーシア料理、ラクサ!我が家の人気三大
スープの一つ!!!
このレシピの生い立ち
お豆腐はフライにしなくても、そのまま入れてしまっても良いです。お好みで!ちなみに木綿が食べ応えがあってオススメです。もちろんお豆腐でなく、チキンで作ってもOKです☆

材料

  1. mushrooms handful
  2. coconut oil 1 tbs
  3. green beans handful
  4. broccoli handful
  5. lemongrass if you want
  6. coconut milk/cream 1 tin
  7. *laksa paste heaps!
  8. *veggie stock 2 tbs or more
  9. *fish sauce 2 tbs or more
  10. *lime juice 2 tbs or more
  11. rice noodles 3-4 blocks
  12. tofu 1-1/2 block
  13. coriander finish!

作り方

  1. 1

    put coconut oil in a pan

  2. 2

    sauté mushrooms with lemongrass

  3. 3

    add coconut milk/ cream and all veggies

  4. 4

    add veggies

    add all ***.

  6. 6

    cut tofu in small and put gf flour and fry

  7. 7

    add rice noodles in 5.

  8. 8

    serve 7 and put tofu on top with coriander.

コツ・ポイント

– you don’t need to fry tofu if you prefer them in a soup directly.

– you can make it with chicken instead of tofu.
