スープの一つ!!!
このレシピの生い立ち
お豆腐はフライにしなくても、そのまま入れてしまっても良いです。お好みで!ちなみに木綿が食べ応えがあってオススメです。もちろんお豆腐でなく、チキンで作ってもOKです☆
材料
- mushrooms handful
- coconut oil 1 tbs
- green beans handful
- broccoli handful
- lemongrass if you want
- coconut milk/cream 1 tin
- *laksa paste heaps!
- *veggie stock 2 tbs or more
- *fish sauce 2 tbs or more
- *lime juice 2 tbs or more
- rice noodles 3-4 blocks
- tofu 1-1/2 block
- coriander finish!

put coconut oil in a pan

sauté mushrooms with lemongrass

add coconut milk/ cream and all veggies

cut tofu in small and put gf flour and fry

serve 7 and put tofu on top with coriander.
コツ・ポイント
– you don’t need to fry tofu if you prefer them in a soup directly.
