材料

  1. ● Oatmeal 250 g
  2. ● Whole wheat flour 50 g
  3. ● Walnuts 50 g
  4. ● Almonds 50 g
  5. Olive oil 30 g
  6. Maple syrup (or honey) 30 g
  7. Soy milk (or milk) 30 g

作り方

    Crush walnuts by hand and chop almonds into thirds.

    Mix ingredients marked with ● in bowl.

    Add olive oil, maple syrup, and soy milk and mix well.

    Line cooking sheet with baking paper and spread mix evenly.

    Bake at 150℃ for 15 minutes.

    Remove and stir so it bakes evenly.

    Bake at 150℃ for another 15 minutes.

コツ・ポイント

✪Plain flour, rice flour, or brown rice flour can be used instead.

✪Try pistachios, pecans, or pumpkin seeds too.
