材料
- ● Oatmeal 250 g
- ● Whole wheat flour 50 g
- ● Walnuts 50 g
- ● Almonds 50 g
- Olive oil 30 g
- Maple syrup (or honey) 30 g
- Soy milk (or milk) 30 g
作り方

Crush walnuts by hand and chop almonds into thirds.

Mix ingredients marked with ● in bowl.

Add olive oil, maple syrup, and soy milk and mix well.

Line cooking sheet with baking paper and spread mix evenly.

Bake at 150℃ for 15 minutes.

Remove and stir so it bakes evenly.

Bake at 150℃ for another 15 minutes.

It’s done! Place in container after it cools.
