Garlic olive oil pasta with fresh clams

A recipe taught from my cooking school and a bit of arrangement into the quantity of ingredients which I think tastier

材料

  1. Dried pasta (spaghetti) Quarter pack
  2. Garlic 15 cloves
  3. Fresh clams 150g
  4. White wine 50 ml
  5. Olive oil 50 ml
  6. Salt SQ (3grams)
  7. Pepper SQ (5grams)

作り方

  1. 1

    Boil water and cook spaghetti until it’s cooked about 7mins

  2. 2

    Wash the fresh clams and leave them in water for a while

  3. 3

    Slice garlic cloves thinly and cook with olive oil on a pan

  4. 4

    Move the garlic oil from the pan and keep in a bowl

  5. 5

    Sauté the clams with olive oil and pour white wine into it

  6. 6

    When the clams are open, add the previous garlic oil in

  7. 7

    Finally, move the cooked pasta(spaghetti) to the pan

  8. 8

    Cook for 1min and turn off the heat to stop it from cooking

  9. 9

    Present your food on a plate as you like and enjoy!!!

The more garlics you put, the more flavor it will get!
