Verry basic Japanese homemade dish. If use some pork minch, fry chopped ginger & minch first then put root.

材料

  1. Lotus root 50g
  2. *Sesame
  3. *Cayenne pepper powder
  4. Sesami oil 1 spoon
  5. *Sake 1 spoon
  6. *Soy source 1 spoon
  7. *Suger or Honey 1/3 spoon

作り方

  1. 1

    Peel and Take off black parts

    Cut 2-3mm

    Put in a bowl of water + 1 spoon of vineger, take 10mins

    Heat pan & oil then put lotus root (take off from the bowl)

    Fry 10mins, lotus root become Semitransparent

    Add all of *mark then fried 5mins more

コツ・ポイント

Can Change Sake > w/wine or laojiu, Sesame oil > olive oil or sunflower oil
