  1. iceberg lettuce 1 small or 1 half of medium
  2. ↑ (tear into bite-sized pieces)
  3. crab stick (shredded) 4 sticks
  4. For the dressing:
  5. extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup
  6. white wine vinegar 1 tablespoon
  7. sea salt 1/4 teaspoon
  8. freshly ground black pepper 1/8 teaspoon

    In a large bowl, whisk in all the dressing ingredients.

    Whisk until the oil emulsifies.Set aside.

    Add crab sticks/lettuce, then toss well. Adjust with salt.

    When lettuce wilts, chill in the fridge before serving.
