Malt vinegar is best known as a topping for fish and chips. Imagine tempura dipping sauce paired with fish and chips 🙂
材料
- cane sugar 50 g
- water 2 tablespoons
- crushed red pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- malt vinegar 5 tablespoons
- Japanese light soy sauce 5 tablespoons
- fresh cilantro (minced) 1 tablespoon

In a small pot, add water, sugar, and pepper.

Heat to medium until the sugar is dissolved.

Transfer to a heat resistant container.

Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix well. Serve.
