Fresh cilantro and malt vinegar for fried dishes!

Malt vinegar is best known as a topping for fish and chips. Imagine tempura dipping sauce paired with fish and chips 🙂

材料

  1. cane sugar 50 g
  2. water 2 tablespoons
  3. crushed red pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  4. malt vinegar 5 tablespoons
  5. Japanese light soy sauce 5 tablespoons
  6. fresh cilantro (minced) 1 tablespoon

作り方

    In a small pot, add water, sugar, and pepper.

    Heat to medium until the sugar is dissolved.

    Transfer to a heat resistant container.
