When I made egg casterd cream puffs, I was requested to make chocolate flaver puffs too. You can easily put egg custard cream and chocolate cream into one puff and I’m sure it will be so yummy!
材料
- *milk 2 c.
- *brown sugar 1/2 c.
- *unsweetened cocoa 1/4 c.
- *cornstarch 3 Tbsp.
- *salt 1/4 tsp.
- butter 5 Tbsp.
- water 100 ml
- flour 1/2 c.
- eggs 3
- confectioners’ sugar optional
作り方

By following the Chocolate Pudding recipe (double), make chocolate filling*.

By following the recipe, 初めてのシュー, bake puffs.

After let them cool enough, fill the puffs with chocolate cream. You could serve with confectioners’ sugar on them.

1 c. = 240 ml / Tbsp. = 大さじ/ tsp. = 小さじ
