ミニタルトだと小分けが簡単なので、ギフト用に。These shells can be used to make excellent gifts.
材料
- Flour 125g
- Butter (Unsalted) 80g
- Powdered Sugar 30g
- Egg Yolk 1pc
作り方

Sift flour. Set aside.

Blend butter with a food processor until creamy (~5 min.)

Add sugar, egg, then flour, blending each ingredient well.

Blend until a dough forms.

Form dough into a ball and wrap in plastic. Let rest 30 min.

Optional: Freeze the dough. Thaw when needed.

Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces. Preheat oven to 200C.

Place dough between 2 sheets of sturdy plastic wrap.

Roll each piece into a flat, round, muffin pan-sized shape.

Arrange the pieces in a nonstick muffin pan.

Place foil muffin cup atop each. Fill with foodsafe weights.

Bake for 10 minutes at 200C.

Remove weights and foil. Poke each shell with a fork.

Bake another 10 minutes at 180C.
